Family Patio Studio #2

The Family Patio Studio is located on the first level of our building, just steps from the Sandy Beach access on our property. This studio is equipped with two Queen Beds, air conditioning, microwave, stocked mini-fridge, glasses and dishes, coffee maker with Yaucono brew pods, security deposit box, Smart TV with access to your streaming services, Private Wi-Fi Network and a bathroom with shower. Guests of the Family Patio Studio will have access to green areas enabled for their enjoyment and relaxation.

*Our cancellation policy is 15 days prior to arrival date, 30 days for holidays and long-term stays, at which point the deposit becomes non-refundable. A cancellation processing fee will apply to all reservations.
