The Patio Room is located on the first level of our building, just steps from the Sandy Beach access on our property. This room is equipped with a Queen bed, air conditioning, stocked mini-fridge, glasses and dishes, a coffee maker with Yaucono brew pods, desk, security deposit box, television with access to your streaming services, Private in-room Wi-Fi Network, and a bathroom with shower. Guests of the Patio Room will have access to green areas enabled for their enjoyment and relaxation. To note: This room has been capacitated to receive guests who use a wheelchair (ADA compliance).

* Our cancellation policy is 15 days prior to arrival date, 30 days for holidays and long-term stays, at which point the deposit becomes non-refundable. A cancellation processing fee will apply to all reservations.
